School Management To Conduct Drug Test During Screening Of New Applicants

The management of the Delta State University maybe taking imminient steps to ensure a drug free learning environment.

The management headed by the VC, Prof. VF Peretomode has commissioned all newly admitted applicants under the 2019/2020 academic session to be tested for drugs.

This will help to clean the school of the plague parading herself as drug addiction amongst youths all the nation.

While this order is in effects, steps are also being taken to drive effective drug test in all faculty of the institute.

The VC charged the students to shun drug misuse as depicted on the school official guide(Delsu Guide). Any applicants tested positive for drug intake will be dropped immediately.

Recall that Uniben conducted a drug test during her screening last year. Other schools are adopting this step to build a drug free nation.
